Coaching sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Depending on your chosen package, we’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for one-hour sessions, either virtually or in person. Together, we’ll:

  • Create strategies to set boundaries and foster connection.

You’ll also receive personalized resources and exercises to practice between sessions.

The heart of Parenting Metamorphosis lies in the parent’s transformation. While my primary focus is coaching parents, I may recommend including your child (ages 12 and up) in a few sessions if it aligns with your goals. However, the most profound changes come when parents model emotional awareness and regulation for their children.

While it’s ideal for both parents to be involved, it’s not required. Many clients see significant improvements by working on their own. Remember, even one conscious, emotionally aware parent can create a ripple effect of positive change in the family.

While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is future-oriented and action-driven. In our sessions, we’ll focus on your present challenges and equip you with practical tools to create the family dynamic you desire.

That said, if deeper healing is needed, I’ll gladly recommend trusted therapists or resources.

Most sessions are held virtually via Zoom for convenience and accessibility. However, if you’re local to my area, in-person sessions can be arranged upon request.

Yes! I offer flexible payment options to make coaching accessible. While package discounts are available, we can also create a payment plan that works for your budget. Every session must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
